I haven’t had the chance to thank all those involved in making my E-day possible, due to lack of time. So, here it is…

My dear colleague’s parents who helped provide food for my guests’ consumption. It was a simple spread, but the dishes received many compliments from various guests.

My dear NIE mates for the bouquet and their presence. Loved the flowers alot.

My BP Teh Buddies, for the two trays of goodies and their presence. When the masjid came over to the other side, they were all trying decipher the “symbols” we sent in the form of cakes and goodies… (you know, like masjid lambang rukun iman lah …)

Thank you for trying to cheer me up during tense moments; but it did get a little warm when all of us cramped up in the room. Heh.

My aunties and uncles who ‘rewang-ed’ from Friday till the day itself. The kuih, gifts, all much appreciated.

My granduncle who was my “wakil” for the day. Wouldn’t have been possible without you.

My Abang and Adik, who helped battle the dust bunnies (haiyak!) and made the house spick and span.

Last but not least, my Mom and Dad… for everything.

It was a simple affair, nothing too extravagant, but it was blessed. For pictures, you can a preview at multiply or the whole lot at facebook. Or, if you are related to me by blood, I have a hardcopy of it sitting on the bookshelf already.

A pre-engagement photoshoot never crossed my mind, but Hani suggested it, and I never regretted one minute of it! Kinda cool to have shot at Kampong Buangkok because I didn’t know it even STILL existed!

… after 5 years, I’m engaged to my first (and hopefully my one and only) love. My very patient and awesome photographer is still editting my pictures (thank u hani, for everything), so I hope to upload pictures by end or mid this week. Preparations were crazy, but things went smoothly on the day itself. And ouh, the pre-engagement photoshoot at Kampung Buangkok I like alot! Will upload all that soon.

I’m very unhappy with the way my MA handled matters. Very unhappy.

Very unprofessional, and very vague. Just because it’s “only” an engagement doesn’t mean you have the license to treat me this way. The answer to your “joke”? Well, it’s your reputation that is at stake, not mine.

So, we’ll see what happens on Sunday.

Shit, now I have  a freaking headache. Why can’t people just do their jobs properly? I booked everything early; preparations started November last year. I certainly didn’t see this coming.

I’ve been sitting around for about an hour, and I still can’t mark properly… Assignment checking this Friday. All my 4N files settled. But WB still a few pages unmarked. Will get it done today.

Will get quite a few things done by this weekend. I can’t wait to get engaged but I’m a little bit tired. My Mak is damn kancheong; she keeps calling me even when I’m busy in school. Haiyo, it’s like being in Sec Sch again, curfews and all.

Hmmm anyway, meeting my make-up artist later today. and yeay, it serves as a valid reason to meet Naz because I NEED to meet my make-up artist, and Naz provides me with transport you see. So, ya that’ll prevent my Mak from screaming at me or playing the guilt game with me. Aiyo.

About four of my students coming… I didn’t want any around but they insisted. They even want to come early and help out. So oklah, since they’re the better ones out of the notorious 4N bunch, I’m okay with it. Hee.

OMG I’m getting engaged! Starting to feel the jitters.

I’m still very sick. Fever, and a very bad sorethroat… Must be the haze or something. And yet, I still have so much work to do:

1. Key in marks (halfway done)

2. Key in attendance (halfway done as well)

3. Plan ICT learning package

4. Cluster Exam Paper

5. Get cake for E-day

6. Meet Kak Yatee for E-day

7. Plan nitty gritty details for E-day

In case you haven’t heard already, I’m getting engaged in 2 weeks. 15th March, lepas Asar. Small family affair, I’m not inviting many friends. I haven’t even sent out invites yet. Too tired, too sick, too busy.

Who to include in my invite list? Tough choice between people I know for a very long time, and people whom I meet very often. I’ll decide when I’m feeling better.
